What are the parking conditions?
Parking if free! Most of the year parking is simple and easy in the main parking lot. During the fall, when Michiganders come out for apple harvest, we open a second parking lot in the hay field close to US23. It is field parking, so if it rains, take caution when deciding where to park. Please pay attention as you park not to triple park or block in any other cars.
What accommodations are available for handicap and elderly?
Handicap parking is available in the main lot. If you should happen to visit and can't find suitable handicap parking, please give us a call to (81) 632-7692 and we'd be happy to guide you to a spot.
The main parking lot, farm market, and winery are easy to navigate. Once you are into the orchards or playground you will experience more off road style terrain. There is a significant size hill down to the playground area. There is a paved path down the hill. If you need assistance getting into the playground, please reach out to us, we can guide you to a different route.
The majority of the wagons have two small steps to get on/off. If you need to get a wheelchair or motorized scooter into the orchards there are a few options. One option is to make arrangements to drive your vehicle back. A second option is to ask for assistance and we can try to lift the chair to the wagon. Much depends on each unique situation. We do our best to accommodate all.
It is possible to lift strollers onto the wagons.
